Introduction

The Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) is developed by the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department (SW&BM), Government of the Punjab and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). This mobile application facilitates the registration of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), operations of Model Children Homes (MCH), and Shelter Homes/Dar-ul-Aman (DUA).

The application provides quick and secure access to stakeholders without requiring desktop systems. It includes features such as document scanning with built-in cropping and secure data handling.

PWD Executive is a mobile application that forms part of the Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS). The application is developed and maintained by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department (SW&BM), Government of the Punjab. It is intended for authorized SW&BM officials. Initially, the application is active for Himmat Card Verifiers, who use it during field visits to verify the eligibility of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) for program benefits.

Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS), including the PWD Executive application, has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Uploading, creating, sharing, transmitting, or storing inappropriate content involving minors.
Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of children.
Using the application to facilitate or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.

Any detected violation may result in:

Immediate removal of the content.
Suspension or termination of user access.
Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

We are committed to complying with all applicable child protection laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) of Pakistan.

Information Collected

The application may request permissions including PHONE, CAMERA, SMS, CALENDAR, CONTACTS, LOCATION, INTERNET, SENSOR, STORAGE, and MICROPHONE only where necessary to provide the application's core functionality.

Information Use

Information is used strictly for processing user requests and improving service delivery within DPMIS, including the PWD Executive application. Data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws in Pakistan.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
